Roxann Dortch Chakos

Roxann Chakos was born in Modesto to a ‘real estate family’ and raised in Fremont, California by parents who became accomplished home remodelers and resellers. From a very early age, Roxann gained unique knowledge and insight into the world of home construction and renovation from her father, and sales from her mother, who was an accomplished real estate agent of over 20-years. This unique upbringing, education and passion differentiates Roxann from other Brokers.

Roxann has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 1988, a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2012 and is a recipient of the 2015 Master’s Club Award for Sales Excellence presented by the Lodi Association of Realtors.

Roxann is a dedicated, committed, and attention-to-detail professional who as a value-driven advisor and consultant streamlines all processes in selling your existing home, acquiring the new home of your dreams or finding the proper investment property to bolster your income.

Roxann graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Arkansas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science. A Modesto resident since the age of 15 and residing in the College Neighborhood since 2004, Roxann is an enthusiastic member of the community, a mother to identical twin boys, Alec and Ashton, her dogs; Phasma the German Shepherd and Coco the toy Australian Shepherd. She loves traveling the California coast and Sierra Gold Country, and showing clients the best Stanislaus and San Joaquin Counties have to offer.
